Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate standard shipping (3-5 business days*) within Australia for $7 per order.
Express shipping is also on offer for $10 per order and you can expect your order between 1-2 business days*.
International Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate standard shipping internationally for $20aud, this should usually arrive between 14-25 business days*.
*Important note: Whilst we do our best to get your order shipped out within 1-3 days unfortunately the postage system timing is out of our control. Please use the delivery times as a guideline. If you know you want an item we suggest buying well in advance to allow for shipping delays.
Return / Refund Policy
We do not accept returns on orders for change of mind, once your order has been placed it is final.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@loversco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
